Description
Description: The purpose of this training is to ensure that members of our campus are prepared to use a fire extinguisher in the event of a fire emergency. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about classes of fire extinguishers, their function, and hands-on experience putting out a fire with one. There will also be fire extinguishers given away as raffle prizes.
Location: 825 Building – North Parking Lot
Instructor: Dan Hershiser – Owner of Fire Protection Services LLC.
When: There will be two sessions offered. After registering for the course, you will need to select a session:
- Tuesday, October 13, 2:00 - 3:00 pm
- Thursday, October 15, 10:00 - 11:00 am
Come and go any time during your scheduled training — instruction happens multiple times during the 1-hour session.
